My strength lies in fostering a safe space that encourages self-awareness of behaviors through self-exploration and curiosity. I help individuals uncover deep-rooted patterns and explore the unconscious mind. I offer a safe and supportive environment for clients to delve into their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered to make decisions that improve your quality of life. I have availability to see clients both in person and via telehealth.
